Delivery

International shipments include most countries in the world and are realized through the Polish Post (cost: 17 ).

Shipments are sent as priority mail packages.

Polish Post informs that shipments are delivered from 3 up to 14 working days (depending on the country).

If upon delivery, the Client reports a mechanical damage of content, incomplete or non-delivery of package content, etc., the Client shall be entitled to refuse to accept the shipment. In this case, the Client must make a note in the presence of a representative of the transport company and notify us about the situation as soon as possible.

 

What to do if the shipment did not arrive within the time limit guaranteed by the transport company?

Payment

Payments for orders placed on www.clothesmatter.com can be made via the PayPal system.

1) Payment via a PayPal account

If the Client owns a PayPal account, he may log in using his user data and confirm the payment. If the Client does not own a PayPal account, he can log in as a guest or create a new PayPal account and confirm the payment. The order shall be realized as soon as the payment is posted.

2) Credit card payment

The PayPal system allows making a payment with credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and others (depending on the country).
